Are there any shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the size and quantity purchased. They will be calculated following the addition of the shipping address and shown in the shopping cart and checkout.
When will my order be put into production?
The order can only be sent into production after receipt of payment, graphic file and print authorisation. Instant methods such as credit card, paypal or stripe allow immediate registration of payment, while choosing bank transfer will take 3 working days to register payment.
Do I need the graphic file to purchase?
Don’t worry too much about the graphic file, as it will not be compulsorily requested when placing the order. You can enter it later in the reserved area. However, please note that the graphic file must be sent in a timely manner in order to guarantee the correct handling of the order.
I am afraid that my graphic file is not suitable, what do I do?
In your reserved area and also when ordering, you can download guidelines and graphic templates that will guide you in the creation of your file. However, in case of further doubts you can choose the Advanced Verification: one of our operators will carefully check your file and optimise it to make it suitable for printing.
